We are a boutique firm specialising in Criminal Law, Family Law, and Family Provisions.

To minimise the inconvenience and stress to you, we are available to meet you after normal business hours and at your convenience.
We also understand that you will have concerns about costs and we will advise you on the best way to limit your legal costs. We focus on resolving your matter rather than incurring the expense of unnecessarily going to court.

Our Staff
Michael
Michael is a solicitor with extensive experience in family law.
Michael’s background in family law started before he qualified as a lawyer. He was a self-represented litigant, litigation guardian and a Mackenzie’s Friend.
He has attended meetings with FaHCSIA and CSNSEG (Child Support National Stakeholder Engagement group) with his association with the SPCA (Shared Parenting Council of Australia).
Michael is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Family Law Section, Law Council of Australia.
Michael also practices in the area family provisions (an application to the Supreme Court of NSW for a share or a larger share from the estate of a deceased person).
Julie
Julie is a senior solicitor with extensive experience in criminal law.
Julie has defended clients who faced very serious criminal law charges such as murder, drug importation, assault and sexual assault.
Julie also practices in the area of family law.
Jasna
Jasna is our operations manager and para legal. She has extensive experience in teaching and technology, and assists our boutique practice with our technology and operational needs. Jasna has master’s degree in German literature and is the joint author of a German language book on technology. Jasna is also fluent in Croatian.
